Safety Notice: All guests must comply with the captain and crew’s instructions at all times. Life jackets and safety briefings are provided before each departure. Participation in water activities (including swimming, snorkeling, fishing, or using Subnado scooters) is voluntary and at your own risk. Oar Elsa Charters is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions.

Deposits & Cancellations: A deposit is required to secure all bookings. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days may result in a partial or full loss of deposit. No-shows will be charged in full.

Damage & Cleaning Fees: Excessive cleaning or damage to the vessel or equipment may result in additional charges at the discretion of Oar Elsa Charters.

Alcohol & Behavior Policy: Alcohol is permitted onboard for guests 21 and over. Excessive drinking, inappropriate behavior, or any action that endangers others will result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.

Fishing Licenses: All guests engaging in fishing activities must have a valid California fishing license. It is the guest’s responsibility to obtain and carry the appropriate license for the duration of the trip.

Privacy Policy: We value your privacy. Personal information collected through this site or our booking system will never be shared or sold. Information is used solely to provide services and communications related to your charter.

Photography Disclaimer: By participating in our charters, you consent to the possible use of photographs or videos taken during your trip for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing prior to departure.
